Metta Mindfulness focuses on the skills of clear attention and compassion in order to improve mental, physical, and emotional health. These skills are taught through an Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation course as well as other offerings. Look under the Events and Courses pages for more information.

All course include weekly classes, audio meditations which can be accessed outside of class, handouts, and resources for further study, a half day retreat, and one to one support as needed.
Child Care staff can receive 30 to 60 minute self care professional development at no cost.
Students who have completed the Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation course, as well as other individuals who are seeking to deepen their experience, may arrange further support for their practice through personal meetings as well as telephone and/or video conferencing.
